From the first vendor arrival to the final farewell, our team expertly manages the timeline, coordinates your event professionals, and oversees every behind-the-scenes detail, allowing you to be fully present for each unforgettable moment. Pre-Wedding Planning
Three (3) personalized planning meetings beginning ninety (90) days prior to your wedding day
Comprehensive review of vendor contracts and logistics
Confirmation of all contracted vendors seven (7) days prior to the wedding day
Creation of a comprehensive Wedding Day Timeline and Vendor Itinerary
One (1) venue walkthrough (up to one hour) approximately two weeks before wedding
Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to one hour)
Wedding Day Management
Up to twelve (12) consecutive hours of professional on-site wedding management.
Oversight of all vendor arrivals, setup, and event logistics.
Management of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception preparations.
Placement of personalized décor, signage, favors, guest book, and specialty items.
Distribution of personal items to the appropriate vendors and wedding party.
Coordination of the Ceremony processional and recessional (up to thirty (30) minutes).*
Management of guest and wedding party transitions throughout the celebration.
Coordination of all scheduled reception events, including grand entrance, dances, toasts, cake cutting, and other special moments.
Ongoing communication with vendors to ensure the timeline remains on schedule.
On-site management through the conclusion of the reception.
Coordination of décor breakdown and packing of personal items.
Conduct a final walkthrough with the venue representative to confirm all client belongings have been collected, and the venue has been restored to its original condition.
Additional Information
A $100 fee will apply for ceremony rehearsal or ceremony delays that exceed the allotted time due to late starts or circumstances beyond Sapphire Elegance Events' control.
