  • Vendor checklist specially designed to determine: Needs, Budget, & Likes/Dislikes
    • Budget worksheet to track spending and allowance allocations
  • Appointment settings for up to three (3) vendors per category up to one (1) hour per vendor
  • Contract negotiation and attendance to final contract meetings up to one (1) hour per vendor
  • Create confirmed day-of itinerary/timeline provided to Client(s), all vendors, and venue(s) no later than seven (7) business days prior to the event
