• Creation of Wedding Timeline
  • Vendor confirmation at seven (7) days prior to Wedding
  • Coordination of Rehearsal up to one (1) hour - $10 for each additional half-hour
  • Setup of Ceremony area with personalized items
  • Coordination of Ceremony up to thirty (30) minutes
  • Manage the transition between Ceremony to Reception
    • We remain onsite through wedding party introductions
      • The Client/Venue Manager/DJ is responsible for the flow for the remainder of the event
      • DJ will be provided with the timeline confirmed by the Client
  • One (1) in-person meeting at one (1) hour - $10 for each additional half-hour
    • Additional meetings are $40/each meeting
